We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager with 7+Years experience ( 4+Years relevant experience in digital marketing)to join our team at WebDataGuru. As the Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, from SEO and SEM to social media and email marketing, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with WebDataGuru’s business goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, etc.) to maximize performance and ROI.
  • SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, paid search campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging and relevant content for online platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy across major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor performance to inform online marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product, and data analytics) to create cohesive marketing strategies that support company goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the online marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact and profitability from marketing spend.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on various marketing assets (landing pages, ad creatives, etc.) to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ Years, 4+ Years of hands-on experience in online/digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or data-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing online campaigns across SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email, and PPC.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective SEO and paid search strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior marketing staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the data or technology industry is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.
