QA Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to enhance the usability and performance of our websites and applications. You will collaborate closely with the development team to debug code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our products meet client requirements and quality assurance standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Test Plan Development: Design and implement comprehensive test plans to improve the usability and functionality of our websites and applications.

• Collaboration with Development Team: Work alongside developers to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Quality Assurance Compliance: Interpret and adhere to quality assurance standards, ensuring that all processes are followed.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to adjust and revise work processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Project Management: Prepare daily priority lists, weekly project status reports, and manage project budgets to ensure timely delivery.

• Status Tracking: Regularly track and update project status to provide transparency and facilitate communication.

• Documentation: Document and troubleshoot errors, ensuring clear and concise reporting of issues.

Skills and Requirements

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

2. Testing Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of various testing types (e.g., functional, regression, performance, usability).

• Experience in web, mobile, and mobile app testing.

3. Analytical Skills:

• Innovative mindset for tracking issues and bugs, with strong problem-solving abilities.

4. Communication Skills:

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
